be limited while your shipment is in transit.

Orders can only be canceled within a very short window immediately after
placement. Once processing begins, cancellations and modifications are no
longer possible. Therefore, please review your order carefully before confirming.

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping
information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or
undeliverable address, the order becomes non-refundable. Furthermore,
reshipping the order will require additional fees to be paid by the customer.

within the US. Additionally, we ship selected products to international
destinations as well. For US orders, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. For international orders, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local carrier availability.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our support team within
48 hours of delivery at support@premiodecor.com. In your message, include
your order number along with clear photos or video evidence of the issue.
Claims submitted outside this 48-hour timeframe will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its
original packaging — exactly as it was received. Items showing signs of
use, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial
refund only.

Refunds are only considered under these specific conditions: the item
arrived damaged or defective, the incorrect item was received, or an
item is missing from the order. To qualify, you must contact us within
48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof, and the item must
be unused and in original condition.

Approved refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time is 7–14 business days after the return has been approved
and inspected.

PremioDecor accepts all major payment methods processed through our secure payment gateways at checkout. Payments must be completed in full before an order is processed. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information.
