- You agree to our processing, shipping, and refund timelines
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and lighting
Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

✔ Item is missing from the order
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof
- The item must be unused and in original condition
3. Items Not Eligible for Refund

- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

9. Refused or Returned Deliveries

- Returned due to incorrect address
- Unclaimed
The order becomes non-refundable. Reshipping may require additional fees.
